05. Troubleshooting

01. Cabling

  • Ensure all connections, at Locators, switches, patch panels etc, are properly terminated and firmly connected.

02. Firewall

  • Ensure that all applicable ports are open on needed devices and firewalls within the network – e.g. server, switches, routers. For more information about the required ports, please see the network requirements section of your relevant configuration (Favendo RSSI, Favendo AoA or Favendo GPS).

03. Switching (for POE installation)

  • Ensure that all switch ports are on with the PoE enabled.
