The routines are preconfigured actions to be executed when an incoming event occurs.

An incoming event can have multiple routines.

Currently, there are 3 types of supported routines:

• HTTP_WEB_HOOK_ROUTINE
• PUBLISH_TO_ZIRCON
• NOTIFICATION
